Purchasing Project & Process Specialist
Richemont seeks a Purchasing Project & Process Specialist in Scandicci. Lead procurement projects and optimise P2P processes for a global luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement projects aimed at streamlining purchase‑to‑pay (P2P) processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Analyse existing purchasing workflows, identify process gaps and design pragmatic, scalable improvements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (sourcing, finance, supply chain, IT, legal and operations) to drive project milestones and change adoption.
- Define and monitor procurement KPIs; prepare regular status and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support supplier onboarding and performance reviews, ensuring contractual compliance and alignment with procurement policies.
- Manage implementation of process changes and tools, including requirements definition, testing, and user training.
- Document standard operating procedures, process maps and governance for purchasing activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and post‑implementation evaluations to capture benefits and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline; advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. CIPS) preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects within procurement, supply chain or operations.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience defining and tracking KPIs and producing management reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
- High attention to detail, organisational rigor and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience
Typically 3–6 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing operations or supply chain projects, preferably within luxury goods, manufacturing or retail environments; demonstrable track record of delivering process improvements and managing cross‑functional initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or procurement certification advantageous.
