Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the project management office with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure accurate version control and accessibility.
  • Prepare concise status reports, slide decks and data summaries for stakeholders and project meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas and minute-taking; follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
  • Assist with basic budget tracking and expense reconciliation for assigned projects.
  • Interface with internal teams (operations, finance, merchandising, retail) to collect inputs and escalate risks or dependencies.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and standardisation of administrative templates and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation ability.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive commercial information.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Experience
