Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project management office with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for cross-functional projects.
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure accurate version control and accessibility.
- Prepare concise status reports, slide decks and data summaries for stakeholders and project meetings.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas and minute-taking; follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
- Assist with basic budget tracking and expense reconciliation for assigned projects.
- Interface with internal teams (operations, finance, merchandising, retail) to collect inputs and escalate risks or dependencies.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and standardisation of administrative templates and workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation ability.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive commercial information.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Experience
Internship-level role; candidates should have internship experience, academic project work, or coursework related to project administration, operations or business processes. Prior exposure to a corporate project environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
