Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update global and local price lists across channels and markets, ensuring data integrity in pricing systems and ERP.
  • Implement approved price changes, promotions and markdown strategies in collaboration with commercial, retail and e‑commerce teams.
  • Perform quantitative pricing analyses to support margin optimisation, price positioning and competitive benchmarking.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for commercial leadership, highlighting price variance, elasticity and revenue impact.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal and IT to ensure pricing governance, correct tax/application rules and accurate system configuration.
  • Support project workstreams related to pricing tool rollouts, cataloguing initiatives and process standardisation.

Qualifications

  • Analytical rigour with strong attention to detail and data governance.
  • Proven ability to translate commercial requirements into operational pricing actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Comfort with tight deadlines and the ability to prioritise multiple pricing requests concurrently.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling commercially sensitive information.

Skills

Microsoft Excel (advanced; PivotTables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data modelling) SAP (pricing/SD modules) or comparable ERP experience Power BI or Tableau SQL (basic querying for data extraction) Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience

Typically 2–4 years in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management or retail operations, preferably within luxury goods, fashion or consumer goods environments; experience with system-driven price implementation is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
