Richemont seeks a PR and Digital Manager in Hong Kong to lead regional PR, influencer and digital communications for its maisons.

Overview

Richemont is a leading Swiss luxury goods group comprising multiple maisons specialising in jewellery, watches, leather goods and accessories. The organisation operates through an entrepreneurial maison model that combines heritage craftsmanship with strategic brand stewardship across global markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integrated PR and digital communications strategies for the region that elevate brand equity and support commercial objectives.
  • Manage media relations across lifestyle, fashion, watch and luxury trade press; draft and distribute press materials, briefings and Q&As.
  • Design and deploy digital campaigns across social platforms and brand channels in coordination with in-house teams and external agencies.
  • Lead influencer and content partnerships: selection, negotiation, briefing, activation and performance measurement.
  • Oversee launch communications for product releases, store openings and editorial events, coordinating logistics with events and retail teams.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and media coverage; deliver regular reporting and insights to refine strategy and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage PR and digital budgets, agency relationships and freelance contributors to ensure efficient delivery against objectives.
  • Act as a regional escalation point for reputation management and crisis communications, aligning rapid responses with global guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, e‑commerce and product teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline; advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous for the Hong Kong market.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a demonstrable track record of planning and delivering PR and digital campaigns in the luxury sector.
  • High attention to detail, excellent project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Experience

Regional/APAC exposure and experience leading agency partnerships and cross‑channel campaigns are highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
