Planning & Scheduling Inbound Administrator
Richemont is hiring a Planning & Scheduling Inbound Administrator in Grand Prairie, USA to manage inbound logistics, supplier scheduling and inventory receipts.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inbound shipment schedules from suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure on‑time delivery to distribution centers and stores.
- Create and validate advance shipping notices (ASNs), purchase order confirmations and related inbound documentation; ensure accurate data in the ERP/WMS.
- Monitor estimated times of arrival (ETA), carrier performance and transit exceptions; initiate expediting and corrective actions when delays occur.
- Coordinate daily with procurement, warehouse operations, customs/brokerage and transportation teams to align receipts and capacity planning.
- Reconcile inbound receipts against purchase orders and inventory records; support discrepancy investigations and claim initiation.
- Maintain and report key inbound logistics KPIs (OTIF, lead times, carrier SLA adherence) and prepare regular exception reports for stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, proposing corrective actions and participating in cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field preferred.
- Professional experience in inbound logistics, scheduling or supply chain coordination within retail, distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work to strict timelines and resolve shipment exceptions under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders.

Typically 2+ years in inbound planning, logistics coordination or supply chain operations, ideally within retail, distribution or a luxury goods environment.
Education
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or equivalent preferred.
