Pick & Pack Team Leader
Richemont seeks a Team Leader Pick & Pack in Villars‑sur‑Glâne, Switzerland to lead warehouse picking, packing and quality for luxury goods.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and schedule a multi‑disciplinary pick & pack team to meet daily order‑fulfilment targets and service SLAs.
- Oversee picking, packing and labelling operations to ensure 100% accuracy, presentation quality and damage‑free dispatch of luxury merchandise.
- Manage inbound/outbound flow, reconcile inventory discrepancies and execute cycle counts in coordination with inventory control teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (productivity, accuracy, on‑time shipments, returns) and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company quality standards and security protocols for high‑value goods.
- Train new hires and deliver continuous improvement initiatives (5S, lean methods) to optimise throughput and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with warehouse management, customer service, and transport partners to resolve escalations and improve end‑to‑end processes.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics or order‑fulfilment environment; luxury goods experience preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of warehouse processes including picking methods, packing standards and inventory control.
- Proven ability to lead and develop small operational teams, with strong coaching and performance‑management skills.
- Working knowledge of health & safety best practices in warehousing; valid forklift licence advantageous.
- Effective communication skills in French; English proficiency desirable for cross‑border coordination.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Prior exposure to handling high‑value or luxury merchandise is an asset.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational qualification or apprenticeship in logistics/warehouse management preferred.
