PEGA Developer
Richemont is hiring a PEGA Developer in Moscavide, Portugal to design and deliver enterprise Pega applications across the group's digital ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and configure end-to-end applications on the Pega Platform, including case life cycles, data models and business rules.
- Translate functional requirements and user stories into technical specifications and implement reusable rules, flows and UI components.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP and messaging technologies.
- Perform unit testing, participate in peer code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega best practices and governance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA and DevOps to deliver features in an Agile environment and support UAT and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions in production and staging environments.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes and runbooks for supported Pega solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Pega certification(s) preferred — e.g. Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, object-oriented design and BPM concepts.
- Demonstrable experience implementing integrations (REST/SOAP) and working with relational databases (SQL).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and delivering enterprise Pega solutions across the full project lifecycle, including integrations, testing and production support.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
