Richemont is hiring a PEGA Developer in Moscavide, Portugal to design and deliver enterprise Pega applications across the group's digital ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and configure end-to-end applications on the Pega Platform, including case life cycles, data models and business rules.
  • Translate functional requirements and user stories into technical specifications and implement reusable rules, flows and UI components.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP and messaging technologies.
  • Perform unit testing, participate in peer code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega best practices and governance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA and DevOps to deliver features in an Agile environment and support UAT and production deployments.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions in production and staging environments.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes and runbooks for supported Pega solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Pega certification(s) preferred — e.g. Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, object-oriented design and BPM concepts.
  • Demonstrable experience implementing integrations (REST/SOAP) and working with relational databases (SQL).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
