Payroll Coordinator
Richemont in Paris seeks a Payroll Coordinator (permanent) to manage French payroll, DSN filings and month-end reconciliations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute monthly payroll for employees in accordance with company procedures and French legislation.
- Ensure accurate calculation of gross-to-net pay, overtime, bonuses, deductions and statutory contributions.
- Submit and monitor statutory declarations, social contributions and DSN filings; liaise with URSSAF and other social agencies.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end and year-end payroll close activities and reporting.
- Manage payroll calendar and deadlines; coordinate with HR, benefits and finance teams to ensure data integrity.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and confidential manner.
- Collaborate with external payroll providers and auditors; implement process improvements and maintain payroll documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' demonstrable experience managing French payroll within a corporate or multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation, social security contributions and the DSN process.
- High level of discretion and proven ability to manage confidential employee data.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably within the French payroll system and in a medium-to-large international company or multi-entity group.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related discipline.
