Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-net-worth and retail clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Panerai watches and accessories to guide purchase decisions and articulate technical features and provenance.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, outreach and follow-up.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including merchandising, inventory control, product presentation and POS transactions.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to ensure seamless client handovers for repairs, guarantees and maintenance.
  • Participate in in-store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Japanese required; strong spoken English is an advantage.
  • Prior retail experience in luxury goods or watches; boutique or boutique‑level clienteling experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships in a high‑touch environment.
  • Professional presentation, discretion handling confidential client information and impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the boutique schedule.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail; prior experience selling high-end timepieces or jewellery is strongly preferred.
