Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the evening operations team, including shift scheduling, task allocation and performance management.
  • Oversee inbound/outbound processing, stock movement, replenishment and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and product integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures, safety protocols and loss‑prevention measures during the evening shift.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (throughput, accuracy, on‑time processing) and prepare concise shift reports for operations management.
  • Coach and develop team members through on‑the‑job training, feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with logistics, retail and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and support seasonal or promotional activity.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements to enhance service levels and operational resilience.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in operations, distribution, warehouse or retail environments.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate a frontline team and manage performance under shift constraints.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control practices, stock reconciliation and loss‑prevention techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Availability and willingness to work regular evening shifts; flexible to cover additional shifts when required.

Experience
