Operations Specialist
Richemont seeks an Operations Specialist in Seoul to oversee inventory, order fulfilment and cross‑channel logistics for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day order processing and fulfilment across channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from receipt to delivery.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory across warehouses, boutiques and e‑commerce, implementing cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Coordinate logistics and transport partners for inbound/outbound shipments, including clearance and cross‑border documentation.
- Liaise with retail boutiques, wholesale partners and customer service to resolve stock, delivery and returns issues.
- Support demand planning and replenishment by providing timely operational data and exception reports to planning teams.
- Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures to increase efficiency, reduce lead times and minimise stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute regular KPI reports (OTIF, stock accuracy, turnover) to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, brand policies and local regulatory requirements related to logistics and inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in operations, inventory management or logistics; experience in luxury retail or fashion strongly preferred.
- Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering process improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work cross‑functionally with commercial, retail and logistics teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressively responsible operations or supply‑chain experience, ideally within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods; demonstrable exposure to ERP systems and logistics coordination across channels.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
