Operations Manager
Richemont is hiring an Operations Manager in New York (SoHo) to lead boutique operations, inventory and staff performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the SoHo boutique to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention; coordinate with distribution and buying teams.
- Lead workforce planning: recruit, schedule, coach and develop boutique staff to deliver high-quality client experiences.
- Maintain financial and operational KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and support margin, sales and cash management objectives.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and loss-prevention procedures, ensuring compliance with company security and safety standards.
- Coordinate store visual merchandising and presentation with visual teams to maintain brand image and campaign rollouts.
- Act as primary liaison with vendors, facilities and corporate support functions to resolve operational issues and execute local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people-management capabilities with the ability to coach and develop small teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing retail KPIs, sales processes and basic P&L drivers.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in inventory and stock processes.
- Clear communicator with capacity to liaise across store, regional and corporate teams and external partners.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique operations, including direct responsibility for inventory control, staff supervision and operational KPI delivery. Prior exposure to multi-brand environments or premium maisons is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality, retail management or a related field preferred.
