Richemont in Singapore seeks an Operations Intern to support inventory, order processing and operational improvement initiatives.

Overview

Richemont is a leading luxury goods group comprising distinguished Maisons across jewellery, watches, leather goods and writing instruments, including names such as Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels and Montblanc. The group emphasises craftsmanship, heritage and long-term brand stewardship while operating through an international network of boutiques, ateliers and regional hubs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational activities across regional supply chain and retail fulfilment, including order processing and shipment tracking.
  • Assist with inventory control tasks: stock reconciliations, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations and liaising with boutiques and warehouses to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards; analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, e‑commerce, retail, finance) and external vendors to ensure timely execution of deliveries and adherence to procedures.
  • Contribute to project workstreams aimed at streamlining workflows, strengthening internal controls and documenting standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude; ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Experience

Internship or part‑time experience in retail operations, logistics, supply chain or a business support function is advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with data reporting and cross‑functional coordination.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
