Richemont seeks an Operations Intern, Commercial & Marcoms in Kuala Lumpur to support commercial operations and marketing communications.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day commercial operations including order processing, sales reporting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Assist the marketing and communications team in campaign coordination: asset preparation, timelines, approvals and vendor liaison.
  • Prepare presentations, performance dashboards and ad hoc analyses for regional commercial and marcoms stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with retail, e‑commerce and regional teams to ensure alignment of promotions, visual assets and communications.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, scheduling, meeting minutes and maintaining shared project documentation.
  • Contribute to content preparation for social, email and in-store collateral and support event logistics as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Malay or other regional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished professional manner for cross‑functional liaison.
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.

Experience

Previous internship experience or up to one year in retail, luxury, marketing operations, or communications is preferred; experience supporting campaigns, reporting and stakeholder coordination is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
