Role & Responsibilities
- Localize and execute global brand and product marketing campaigns for Vacheron Constantin in the Japan market.
- Plan and deliver boutique activations, pop-ups and client events in collaboration with retail teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with regional and global marketing, PR and product teams to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery of materials.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, production vendors and media partners; oversee timelines, briefs and deliverables.
- Drive digital activations and CRM initiatives in support of boutique traffic and client engagement, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Prepare campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis and budget tracking to optimize spend and strategic decision-making.
- Support product launches and seasonal collections with retail merchandising guidance, POS materials and internal training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and haute‑horlogerie culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated aptitude for event execution, partnership coordination and retail-focused marketing.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within luxury goods, watches or jewelry, with demonstrable experience executing integrated campaigns and managing retail activations in a commercial market.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
