Role & Responsibilities

  • Localize and execute global brand and product marketing campaigns for Vacheron Constantin in the Japan market.
  • Plan and deliver boutique activations, pop-ups and client events in collaboration with retail teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate with regional and global marketing, PR and product teams to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery of materials.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, production vendors and media partners; oversee timelines, briefs and deliverables.
  • Drive digital activations and CRM initiatives in support of boutique traffic and client engagement, tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Prepare campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis and budget tracking to optimize spend and strategic decision-making.
  • Support product launches and seasonal collections with retail merchandising guidance, POS materials and internal training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline preferred.
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and haute‑horlogerie culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for event execution, partnership coordination and retail-focused marketing.
