Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and localize integrated marketing campaigns (brand, product and seasonal) across digital, social, PR and experiential channels for Richemont maisons in the Taipei market.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to ensure brand alignment, timely asset delivery and effective adaptation of global campaigns to local market dynamics.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors and media partners, overseeing briefs, creative development, timelines and quality control.
  • Coordinate and deliver in-market events, boutique activations and VIP client experiences, including logistics, partner liaison and on-site execution.
  • Oversee local marketing budgets and invoices, ensuring spend control, vendor reconciliation and ROI tracking.
  • Develop content calendars and coordinate production of local creative assets, ensuring brand tone of voice and visual standards are maintained.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and KPIs; generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Support trade marketing and wholesale/retail channel initiatives to drive conversion and client acquisition in boutiques and selected retail partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, jewellery or watches.
  • Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social and experiential platforms.
  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams to deliver complex campaigns.

Experience

At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the luxury goods, fashion, jewellery or watch sector, with demonstrable success running integrated campaigns, events and digital initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
