Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the global marketing and communications calendar, ensuring alignment across maisons and regional markets.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and execution across paid, owned and earned channels, liaising with internal brand teams, external agencies and retail operations.
  • Prepare and circulate briefing materials, timelines and production schedules; track deliverables to ensure on-time launch of creative assets and activations.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and produce regular status reports, flagging variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Compile post-campaign performance reporting and insights, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform planning decisions.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements prior to distribution.
  • Support event and product launch logistics, including vendor coordination, asset delivery and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain asset libraries and content management systems; implement tagging and version-control best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in marketing operations, campaign planning or communications coordination, preferably within luxury retail, fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder calendars and project plans.
  • Proven ability to produce clear briefing documents and to manage multiple parallel timelines under tight deadlines.
  • Numerate and comfortable working with campaign budgets and performance metrics.
  • High standards of accuracy and familiarity with brand governance; able to review creative assets for consistency and compliance.

Experience
