Richemont is hiring a Marketing & Communication Manager in Dubai to lead regional brand, digital and PR strategies for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for the regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and local market dynamics.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel campaigns (PR, digital, social, content, CRM and events) to drive brand awareness, footfall and commercial objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners, overseeing brief development, creative review, timelines and budgets.
  • Lead local public relations and media relations activity, including press events, product launches and influencer partnerships targeted at MENA audiences.
  • Produce and curate high-quality branded content and assets in collaboration with in-house and external creative teams.
  • Control and report on marketing budgets, media spend and campaign performance using relevant KPIs; propose optimisation actions.
  • Partner with retail, wholesale and corporate stakeholders to ensure consistent brand experience across touchpoints and channels.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on market trends, competitor activity and communications risks, and prepare executive materials when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification (MBA/Master’s) preferred.
  • Proven experience in luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle sectors with demonstrable success delivering brand and communications programmes.
  • Strong understanding of the MENA market and ability to adapt global campaigns to local cultural and commercial contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Track record of managing external agencies, PR firms and cross-functional internal stakeholders.

Experience

Typically 5+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, ideally within luxury goods, fashion or premium lifestyle brands; direct experience operating in the MENA region and managing agency partners is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant executive education is preferred.
