Richemont — Paris: Marketing & Commercial Intern (Stage) to support trade marketing, sales reporting and CRM for a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the commercial team with daily sales reporting, KPI tracking and ad hoc analyses to inform commercial decisions.
- Assist marketing colleagues in the preparation and deployment of trade marketing materials, POS assets and product launch toolkits.
- Contribute to CRM activities: database updates, campaign preparation, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Coordinate with retail and wholesale teams to ensure product availability, merchandising standards and timely execution of in-store activations.
- Monitor market and competitive activity; prepare market summaries and briefings to inform commercial strategy.
- Help organise events, showroom appointments and internal or external meetings, managing logistics and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel skills and comfort handling sales data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional-level English desirable.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive team player with an interest in luxury retail, brand positioning and customer experience.

Previous internships or academic projects in retail, marketing or commercial operations are advantageous but not mandatory; this position is intended for candidates at an early stage of their professional development.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Luxury Management or a closely related field.
