Richemont seeks a Marketing Analyst Intern (Consumer Insights) in Paris to support consumer research, analytics and reporting across maison brands.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative consumer research (surveys, focus groups, social listening).
  • Collect, clean and consolidate datasets from internal CRM, digital analytics and third‑party research providers.
  • Produce dashboards, KPI reports and ad hoc analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and brand performance.
  • Contribute to customer segmentation, persona development and targeting recommendations for brand and regional teams.
  • Prepare clear slide decks and written summaries for stakeholders, and present findings to cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate with external market research agencies and internal marketing, digital and product teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical rigour with demonstrable experience in academic or internship projects involving data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential commercial information.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience

Previous internship experience or university projects in market research, marketing analytics, consulting or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; the role is suited to candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience.
