Manufacturing Controlling Tech Team Lead
Richemont seeks a Manufacturing Controlling Tech Team Lead in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead SAP and analytics initiatives for manufacturing controlling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cross-functional technical team responsible for systems that support manufacturing controlling and production cost management.
- Own the roadmap, delivery and continuous improvement of ERP and analytics solutions used by manufacturing controlling (design, configuration, testing, deployment and support).
- Collaborate with finance, manufacturing, supply chain and IT stakeholders to translate controlling requirements into robust technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Drive SAP-related projects and integrations, ensuring alignment with financial controlling principles and month-end reporting cycles.
- Ensure data quality, develop reporting and dashboards for product costing, variance analysis and manufacturing performance, and champion automation to reduce manual interventions.
- Coach team members, manage external vendors/consultants and ensure on-time delivery of milestones within budget and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams delivering finance- or manufacturing-related systems in a multinational environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing controlling, product costing, variance analysis and month-end financial processes.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior finance and operations leaders.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or production controlling systems, including several years in a lead or technical management role. Demonstrated experience delivering ERP (preferably SAP) implementations or enhancements, building management reporting for product costing, and partnering with finance and operations in a complex, matrix organisation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s degree or professional certification in finance/IT project management is advantageous.
