Richemont in Moscavide seeks an M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead IT due diligence and systems integration for acquisitions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead technical due diligence for potential acquisitions, evaluating target IT landscapes, architecture risks, licensing and contractual constraints.
  • Design and own the end-to-end IT integration plan and roadmap for acquisitions, including systems rationalisation, cutover strategy and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (brand, finance, HR, retail, e‑commerce, security) to define integration requirements and success criteria.
  • Manage data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation across ERP, CRM, POS and reporting systems.
  • Execute identity & access management, infrastructure, networking and cloud integrations, ensuring compliance with group security and privacy standards.
  • Oversee third‑party vendors and integrators, negotiating scopes, SLAs and deliverables and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Define and run test plans (integration, regression, user acceptance) and lead cutover, roll‑out and hypercare phases.
  • Produce clear technical documentation, integration playbooks and post-merger optimisation recommendations for business and IT leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading IT integrations for mergers, acquisitions or carve-outs within complex, multi-brand organisations.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ERP, CRM, retail POS and e‑commerce system landscapes and associated integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, identity & access management and enterprise networking/cloud architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project governance skills; experience coordinating cross‑disciplinary teams and external vendors.
  • Fluency in technical documentation and ability to present risks and options to senior leadership.

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years in enterprise IT roles with substantive hands‑on responsibility for systems integration and at least 2+ years directly supporting M&A, carve‑outs or major post‑merger consolidation programmes in a multi-brand or retail environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
