Maintenance Manager
Richemont — Delémont: Maintenance Manager to lead facility and production equipment maintenance at a luxury manufacturing site.

Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and deliver preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for production equipment, building systems and utilities to ensure operational continuity.
- Lead, coach and allocate work to a multi‑disciplinary maintenance team including technicians and external contractors.
- Manage site maintenance budget, control costs and optimise spare‑parts inventory and procurement.
- Oversee a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS): schedule work orders, track equipment history and prepare maintenance KPIs and reports.
- Coordinate with production, quality and EHS teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to minimise downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (reliability, mean time between failures, energy efficiency) and implement preventive maintenance best practices.
- Supervise external service providers, negotiate scopes, ensure contract compliance and validate work quality.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (HF/TS) or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Relevant professional certifications or trade qualifications in maintenance, electrical or mechanical fields are an advantage.
- Proven leadership and people‑management capability, including rostering and performance management.
- Sound knowledge of industrial safety standards and maintenance best practices; ability to enforce compliance on site.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintenance planning and spare‑parts logistics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams; working knowledge of French and English is advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; prior exposure to precision manufacturing or luxury goods production is highly desirable.
Education
Technical vocational diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering (or equivalent).
