Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and discerning clients, cultivating long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives by converting client interactions into transactions and upselling complementary product categories.
  • Represent brand heritage and product knowledge with accuracy and authority; provide detailed explanations of materials, craftsmanship and after-sales services.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process payments and maintain strict cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving, tagging and cycle counts; report discrepancies and support loss-prevention measures.
  • Coordinate with boutique and regional teams on appointments, client events and bespoke services to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Polished professional presentation and service orientation suited to the luxury sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone and approach for diverse client profiles.
  • Basic numeracy and proven reliability in handling transactions and reconciliations.
  • Authorization to work in Hong Kong and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Prior formal training in luxury retail, hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
