Luxury Sales Advisor
Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional boutique client service and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
- Manage the client database and conduct follow‑up activity using CRM tools to maximise lifetime value.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand aesthetics.
- Operate POS and complete transactions accurately; support stock control, receiving and inventory checks.
- Support boutique operations including client appointments, after‑sales service and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and local management on promotional events and product launches.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
- Commercially minded with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism and attention to detail appropriate for luxury retail.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work boutique hours.
- Right to work in Hong Kong and ability to undertake required onboarding and training.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrable commercial results and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or luxury management preferred but not required.
