Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Dubai to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales for its maisons.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, concierge-level client service to a discerning luxury clientele, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling, upselling and cross-selling across the product assortment.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and convey brand heritage, craftsmanship and technical details with authority and discretion.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock reception and reconciliation, visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Qualify and cultivate new and existing clients using CRM tools and follow-up communications, organising private viewings and after‑sales service where required.
  • Support boutique events and trunk shows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and regional teams to share market intelligence and contribute to a high-performance retail culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in the luxury sector, ideally within watches, jewellery or high-end fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable client retention.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with polished presentation, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with HNW clients.
  • Strong numeracy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale procedures and basic stock control.
  • Legal authorisation to work in the UAE (employment visa/permit) or ability to obtain one.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury retail or a premium boutique environment, with proven results against sales targets and experience managing high‑value client relationships.

Education

Secondary education (high school) required; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or business preferred.
