Logistics Manufacturing Technology Team Lead
Richemont seeks a Logistics Manufacturing Technology Team Lead in Meyrin — lead MES, SAP integrations and automation for luxury production operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of manufacturing and logistics technologists, providing technical direction, coaching and performance management.
- Define and execute the technology roadmap for manufacturing and logistics systems (MES, WMS, SAP integrations and automation solutions).
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects: requirements definition, system design, vendor selection, implementation, testing and handover to operations.
- Ensure system availability, data integrity and secure interfaces between shop-floor automation, MES and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain and IT stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Coordinate external vendors and integrators, overseeing contracts, SLAs and technical acceptance criteria.
- Drive continuous improvement through process automation, data analytics and KPI monitoring to increase throughput, reduce cost and raise quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and relevant regulatory standards for manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial automation or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven leadership experience with responsibility for engineering or IT teams in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Demonstrable track record implementing and supporting MES, WMS and SAP integrations in an industrial or production context.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with experience working across production, quality and enterprise IT functions.
- Solid knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs and networked control systems; vendor management experience.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL or equivalent are desirable.
- Proficiency in English; working knowledge of French is advantageous.

Typically 5+ years of progressive IT or engineering experience within manufacturing, industrial automation or logistics, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role and hands-on delivery of MES/WMS and SAP integration projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial automation or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
