Logistics 3PL Business Analyst
Richemont seeks a Logistics 3PL Business Analyst in Moscavide to drive 3PL performance, analytics and cost optimisation for distribution operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual terms.
- Develop, track and report 3PL performance KPIs (OTIF, lead times, costs, inventory accuracy) and deliver actionable insights to operations and commercial stakeholders.
- Design and maintain operational dashboards and regular management reporting to surface trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Perform detailed cost and process analyses to identify efficiency gains, cost-to-serve improvements and optimisation of transport and warehousing flows.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects with supply chain, commercial, finance and IT teams to implement process improvements and system changes.
- Support tendering, contract negotiations and service-level reviews with 3PLs, contributing commercial and operational inputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics operations or 3PL management, preferably within retail, luxury goods or FMCG environments.
- Proven track record delivering data-driven improvements in distribution, transport or warehousing operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting contract reviews, cost modelling and vendor performance management.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills with experience working across operations, finance and commercial teams.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience managing logistics operations or third‑party logistics providers, with demonstrable experience in data analysis, KPI delivery and cross‑functional project execution. Experience in luxury retail or consumer goods preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
