LACC / POSM Supply Chain Manager
Richemont — Seoul: LACC/POSM Supply Chain Manager in Seoul responsible for POSM logistics, vendor management and retail activation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning and execution for LACC and POSM (point‑of‑sale materials), including demand forecasting, production scheduling and inventory optimisation for the Korea market.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, production partners and logistics providers to ensure quality, on‑time delivery and cost control for in‑store marketing assets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — retail operations, visual merchandising, marketing and regional supply‑chain teams — to align activation calendars and replenish store materials.
- Oversee quality assurance and specification control for POSM production, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with packaging and presentation standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for POSM performance, inventory turns and project budgets; lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and waste.
- Manage customs, import/export documentation and local compliance requirements related to POSM and promotional assets.
- Prepare regular management reports and present supply‑chain status, risks and mitigation plans to regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS/CSCP) preferred.
- Demonstrable experience managing POSM, retail activation assets or in‑store merchandising logistics within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Proven supplier and vendor management skills with negotiation experience and a track record of cost control.
- Strong analytical ability and experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning and KPI management.
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressive supply‑chain or logistics experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on retail activation, POSM or merchandising logistics; experience in the luxury goods sector strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field; master’s degree or recognised supply‑chain certification is a plus.
