Jewelry & LACC Marketing Manager
Richemont seeks a Jewelry & LACC Marketing Manager in Seoul to lead luxury marketing and omnichannel campaigns for jewelry and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the market strategy and annual marketing plan for the jewelry and LACC (leather & accessories) categories in Korea, aligned with global and regional brand directives.
- Plan, manage and deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns (digital, CRM, retail activations, PR and events) to drive brand awareness, client acquisition and retention.
- Own local marketing calendar, product launch execution and trade activation in close collaboration with regional product, retail and commercial teams.
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies (creative, media, production, PR), supervising briefs, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and retail KPIs; produce regular analysis and post-campaign reporting to optimize ROI and inform future planning.
- Ensure strict brand compliance across all local touchpoints and support store-level clienteling and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Oversee local marketing budget, forecasting and vendor payments; mentor and coordinate junior marketing staff or contractors as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; postgraduate qualification in marketing or luxury brand management preferred.
- Proven expertise in luxury marketing with direct experience managing jewelry and/or accessories brands or categories.
- Demonstrable ability to plan and execute omnichannel campaigns, product launches and high-profile events in a retail luxury context.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L implications and measuring marketing ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and agency briefing skills; ability to work collaboratively with regional and global teams.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills; professional proficiency in Korean and English is highly desirable.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience within the luxury sector, with at least 2–3 years focused on jewelry or accessories and a demonstrated record of delivering successful omnichannel campaigns and retail activations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced marketing or luxury-specific certification advantageous.
