Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line user support for hardware, software and connectivity issues; manage and resolve tickets through the ITSM system.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals in accordance with corporate standards.
- Assist with user account administration and access management tasks (e.g., Active Directory), under supervision.
- Support IT projects and deployments by performing testing, data preparation, documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
- Maintain IT asset records, perform inventory checks and contribute to lifecycle management processes.
- Produce clear technical documentation, run basic reports and propose small process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business users to escalate incidents and follow through to resolution.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a closely related discipline; curricular internship is a requirement of the academic programme.
- Demonstrable problem‑solving ability and an analytical approach to technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment.
- Availability to undertake a curricular internship for the duration required by the academic institution and legal eligibility to intern in Italy.

Experience
No prior full‑time professional experience required; previous internships, part‑time technical roles or university projects involving system administration, helpdesk support or application testing are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; curricular internship required.
