IT Lead, Indirect Procurement Systems
Richemont in Meyrin, Switzerland seeks an IT Lead, Indirect Procurement Systems to drive eProcurement/P2P delivery, integrations and stakeholder governance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery and continual improvement of indirect procurement systems (eProcurement, P2P and supplier portals) across Richemont brands.
- Define and maintain the product/solution roadmap for procurement IT, aligning with procurement, finance and supply chain stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end implementations and upgrades, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Ensure robust integrations with ERP and financial systems, data consistency and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate external vendors and system integrators; manage contracts, delivery SLAs and third‑party performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a matrixed team of IT analysts, developers and business analysts.
- Establish and enforce controls for security, compliance and data governance within procurement systems.
- Drive process optimisation through automation, reporting and analytics to improve P2P efficiency and supplier experience.
- Manage stakeholder communication, change management and training activities to maximise adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading procurement or P2P system implementations in a multinational organisation.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, master data management and transactional reconciliation.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across procurement, finance and IT domains.
- Experience managing external vendors and system integrators with clear delivery governance.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent is desirable.

Experience
Significant IT delivery experience with at least several years leading procurement or P2P system projects in an international, matrixed environment; proven track record of managing integrations with ERP/financial systems and of steering vendor-led implementations.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
