Role & Responsibilities
- Elicit, document and validate business requirements for order-to-cash, pricing and material management processes; translate requirements into SAP functional specifications.
- Design, configure and support SAP SD and MM module solutions, ensuring alignment with global IT standards and local manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Act as the principal liaison between business stakeholders (sales, logistics, production, procurement) and central IT/SAP teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve operational incidents.
- Lead and execute unit, integration and user-acceptance testing cycles; prepare test scripts, coordinate test users and manage defect remediation.
- Support data migration, master-data governance and cutover activities for SAP projects and rollouts.
- Deliver end-user training, create process documentation and maintain functional specifications and runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation within SD/MM scopes and support post-implementation continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven configuration and support experience in SAP SD and SAP MM modules; SAP certification in SD/MM preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements engineering, process modelling and test-management for ERP projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.
- Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are typical for this location (not specified explicitly in source).
