Internal Warehousing Business Analyst
Richemont seeks an Internal Warehousing Business Analyst in Moscavide to support WMS, operational analytics and cross-functional warehouse improvements.

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze internal warehousing processes and operational performance to identify efficiency, cost and quality improvement opportunities.
- Define requirements, translate business needs into system specifications and partner with IT and vendors on WMS/ERP enhancements and rollouts.
- Develop, maintain and distribute operational KPIs and executive dashboards to monitor inventory accuracy, throughput, cycle times and service levels.
- Lead root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, returns and process exceptions and propose corrective action plans.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test scripts, validate system changes and support go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (logistics, planning, procurement, retail and finance) to align processes and change management.
- Deliver training materials and provide Tier 2/3 support to warehouse teams post-deployment.
- Manage small to medium projects related to warehousing, from scoping and timelines to stakeholder communication and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to document business requirements, produce process maps and translate operational needs into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical capability with experience producing dashboards and KPI reporting for operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Experience supporting UAT, change management and end-user training in an operational environment.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, supply chain analytics or WMS/ERP business analysis within retail, luxury goods or manufacturing environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
