Overview
Richemont is a leading luxury goods group comprising several maisons in jewellery, watches and accessories. Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of haute joaillerie projects between design, ateliers, workshops and external suppliers.
- Track production timelines, monitor prototypes and sample validation, and escalate delays to project owners.
- Maintain and update production schedules, technical dossiers and inventory records for components and gems.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist quality control and finishing teams with documentation and conformity checks prior to delivery.
- Compile regular status reports and performance metrics for the coordination team and management.
- Manage confidential paperwork and ensure strict compliance with internal procedures and traceability standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in luxury management, jewellery design, supply chain, business administration or related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive product and supplier information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Availability to begin the internship in July 2026 and commit to the full internship period as agreed.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or academic project experience in jewellery, luxury goods, production coordination, supply chain or atelier environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated interest in haute joaillerie and familiarity with production cycles will be valued.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree (luxury management, jewellery design/technology, supply chain, business or equivalent).
