Innovation Intern
Richemont is hiring an Innovation Intern in Turin — support R&D, prototyping and market research across luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support cross‑functional innovation projects from concept through prototyping and validation, collaborating with product, design, sourcing and manufacturing teams.
- Conduct market, trend and competitive research to identify opportunities for materials, processes and product concepts.
- Assist in rapid prototyping and lab testing activities; document iterations and experimental results.
- Prepare concise technical and commercial presentations, reports and roadmaps for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate project timelines, supplier contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Contribute to scouting and evaluation of new technologies, materials and sustainability initiatives relevant to the maisons.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Engineering, Industrial/Product Design, Materials Science, Business Innovation or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for structured problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to mixed technical and business audiences.
- Organised, self‑directed and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Practical exposure via academic projects, laboratory work or prior internships in product development, materials testing, design studios or innovation teams is highly desirable; demonstrable project work recommended.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Industrial/Product Design, Materials Science, Business Innovation or a closely related field.
