Industrial Data Project Manager
Richemont seeks an Industrial Data Project Manager in Bellevue, Switzerland to lead manufacturing data projects and deliver analytics solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial data projects for manufacturing and operations, from discovery and requirements to deployment and handover.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets and success criteria; manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams.
- Work with production, engineering and IT stakeholders to translate manufacturing processes into data requirements and analytics use cases.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for data ingestion, ETL, model development, platform integration and dashboarding.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, governance and security standards are applied to industrial datasets and pipelines.
- Drive adoption of delivered solutions through training, change management and operational documentation.
- Report project status and KPIs to senior management and recommend optimisation or scaling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex data projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills; experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external suppliers.
- Solid understanding of data engineering and analytics concepts, including ETL, data modelling and data quality practices.
- Knowledge of data governance, security and regulatory considerations relevant to production data.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent experience preferred.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressively responsible experience delivering data or analytics projects, with at least several years focused on industrial, manufacturing or operations data environments and cross-functional programme leadership.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred but not required.
