Imports & Exports Coordinator
Richemont seeks an Imports & Exports Coordinator in New Delhi to manage customs compliance, shipping operations and international logistics for luxury brands.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for assigned product lines, ensuring timely movement of goods by air, sea and road.
- Prepare, review and validate trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin) and ensure accurate HS tariff classification.
- Coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders; resolve holds, inspections and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations, trade controls and applicable Incoterms; liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor shipment status, maintain tracking and exception reports, and escalate issues to supply chain and commercial teams.
- Reconcile import duties, taxes and charges; support invoice validation and record-keeping for audits and statutory filings.
- Maintain and update import/export records, MIS and standard operating procedures; support continuous improvement initiatives in trade processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Indian import/export regulations, customs procedures and Incoterms.
- Proven experience in preparing and auditing international shipping documentation and HS classification.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments concurrently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Experience
Approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience in import/export or international logistics, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, jewelry or a regulated-goods environment. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and ERP systems is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
