HVAC Technician
Richemont in Plan-les-Ouates seeks an HVAC Technician to maintain and service HVAC, refrigeration and building systems for corporate and production facilities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration and boiler systems across corporate and production facilities.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective repairs on chillers, air handling units (AHUs), compressors, pumps and associated plant.
- Commission and adjust building services equipment and fine-tune controls to meet comfort, process and energy-efficiency targets.
- Interface with Building Management Systems (BMS) and PLCs to diagnose faults, implement software setpoint changes and execute remote diagnostics.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialist works, spare parts procurement and scheduled overhauls.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports and regulatory documentation; ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations for refrigerants and plant operation.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and participate in on-call rotations when required.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in HVAC, refrigeration, building services engineering or equivalent.
- Valid certification for refrigerant handling (F-Gas or equivalent) and familiarity with applicable environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and safe isolation procedures for three-phase systems.
- Professional approach to health, safety and permit-to-work procedures.
- Clean driving licence preferred.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years' hands-on experience maintaining commercial or industrial HVAC and refrigeration plant, with demonstrable experience on chillers, AHUs and BMS integration. Experience working in regulated environments or facilities supporting production/atelier activities is desirable.
Education
Vocational diploma in HVAC/refrigeration/building services engineering or equivalent.
