Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the product owner for Workday Talent Acquisition modules, defining roadmap, prioritisation and release scope.
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting and related HRIS components to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Translate TA business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications and configuration settings.
- Coordinate testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage defect resolution during deployments and updates.
- Manage integrations between Workday and external ATS, job boards and third‑party vendors, ensuring data integrity.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT and external consultants to deliver solutions that meet operational needs.
- Create and maintain documentation, process maps, release notes and end-user training materials.
- Monitor system performance and data quality, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and governance.
- Provide subject-matter expertise and first-/second-line support for TA workflows and Workday functionality.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management for new features, configuration changes and process optimisations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Workday product specialist, product owner or HRIS analyst with responsibility for Talent Acquisition modules.
- Demonstrable experience configuring Workday Recruiting and related HCM functionality; Workday certification(s) preferred.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical/functional specifications and configuration.
- Experience managing integrations between HR systems and third-party ATS or recruitment platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills; able to work with global, cross-functional teams.
- Methodical approach to testing, data validation and release management.
- Project management or agile delivery experience, with a track record of delivering system enhancements on schedule.

Experience
Typically 3–5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with at least 2 years focused on Workday and Talent Acquisition modules; prior experience in a global matrix organisation or luxury retail environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
