HRIS Workday Product Specialist — Learning & Development
Richemont seeks an HRIS Workday Product Specialist (Learning & Development) in Moscavide, Portugal — own Workday Learning configuration, integrations and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the product owner for the Workday Learning module across the organisation, defining roadmap, requirements and prioritisation for L&D features and enhancements.
- Configure, test and deploy Workday Learning functionality, including learning assignment rules, content management, transcripts and security.
- Manage integrations between Workday and external Learning Management Systems (LMS), identity providers and HR systems; oversee release and change management.
- Partner with L&D, HR Operations, IT and vendor partners to translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Design and produce learning reports, dashboards and analytics to measure adoption, compliance and learning impact.
- Provide second- and third-line support for end users and administrators; create and maintain documentation, runbooks and training materials.
- Lead UAT cycles, coordinate test scripts and address defects; ensure data integrity and quality across learning records.
- Champion best practices for learning processes, data privacy (GDPR) and system governance within the HRIS domain.
Qualifications
- Workday Learning experience; Workday certification(s) in Learning or HCM strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of L&D processes — learning assignments, curricula, certification tracking and compliance workflows.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations, integrations and technical specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional international teams.
- Familiarity with data protection regulation (GDPR) and secure handling of personal data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project management experience; familiarity with Agile delivery methods an advantage.

Experience
Mid-level HRIS experience with at least 3 years working on Workday implementations or ongoing Workday operations, ideally with specific responsibility for Learning & Development systems and integrations in a multinational environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
