Richemont in Meyrin is hiring an HRIS Learning Intern to support HRIS and LMS administration, reporting and user support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administration of the HRIS and the Learning Management System (LMS), including user account provisioning, content uploads and access controls.
  • Assist with testing and deployment activities during HRIS/LMS configuration changes, upgrades and rollouts; document test cases and outcomes.
  • Produce routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor learning activity, completion rates and data quality.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy of employee records, learning assignments and completion statuses.
  • Provide first-line support to HR colleagues and end users for system questions, escalation routing and user guidance.
  • Contribute to the creation and localisation of training materials, job aids and step-by-step guides for HRIS/LMS processes.
  • Collaborate with global HR, L&D and IT stakeholders and external vendors to progress implementation tasks and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR, HRIS, L&D or IT support is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven data-cleaning or data-management capability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing user-facing documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, matrixed organisation and to liaise with remote stakeholders.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling employee data.

Experience

Internship-level role suitable for a student or recent graduate. Candidates should have prior exposure to HR or IT projects—ideally via internships or university coursework—and familiarity with system administration, reporting and user support tasks.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
