Richemont seeks an HRIS Intern — Talent & Performance (Employee Listening) in Meyrin. Support HR systems, analytics and employee listening programmes.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the administration and day-to-day maintenance of HRIS modules related to talent, performance and employee listening.
- Contribute to the design, distribution and analysis of employee listening programmes (surveys, pulse checks); prepare concise analytics and presentations for HR stakeholders.
- Perform routine data quality checks, reconcile HR datasets and assist in resolving discrepancies to preserve system integrity.
- Build and update dashboards and regular reports to track talent and performance metrics, ensuring insights are visually accessible and actionable.
- Assist the HRIS project lifecycle activities: testing of system changes, user acceptance tests, release notes and user documentation.
- Liaise with HR business partners, IT and external vendors to facilitate deployments and user support while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Psychology or a related field.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude with strong numerical comfort and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear, stakeholder-ready insights.
- Discretion and adherence to data privacy principles when handling employee information.
- Proactive disposition with the ability to prioritise tasks in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; prior internship or project experience in HR operations, HRIS, people analytics or employee engagement surveys is advantageous but not mandatory. Practical exposure to data reporting or system testing preferred.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Psychology or a related discipline.
