Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end onboarding and configuration of new hires and internal users within the HRIS environment.
- Perform accurate data entry, validation and cleansing during data migrations and periodic updates.
- Assist with system testing (UAT), prepare test cases and document defects and resolutions in collaboration with IT and HR stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain procedural documentation, user guides and onboarding/training materials for HR teams and local administrators.
- Provision and manage user access and role assignments under supervision, ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Operations, Talent, Payroll, IT) to coordinate onboarding timelines and technical requirements.
- Support small-scale configuration tasks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HRIS processes.
- Provide first-line support for basic HRIS queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good analytical aptitude with ability to follow test scripts and document results.
- Organised, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, matrixed international environment.
- Comfortable handling confidential employee data and familiar with basic data protection principles.
- Working proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Experience
Internship-level role; no extensive professional experience required. Prior internships or project work in HR operations, HRIS or HR projects are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress (Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field).
