HR Trainee

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and induction logistics.
- Perform HR administrative tasks: maintaining employee records, preparing contracts and processing personnel data in the HRIS.
- Contribute to payroll and benefits administration by liaising with payroll providers and compiling required inputs.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support workforce metrics, headcount tracking and ad-hoc analyses.
- Support employee relations and internal communications, escalating issues to HR Business Partners as appropriate.
- Participate in local HR projects (process improvement, employer branding, campus recruiting) and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable German labour law and internal HR policies in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a closely related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of HR tasks and small projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-brand, multicultural environment and manage competing priorities.
- Basic familiarity with HR systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience
Early-career role; internships or academic projects in HR, recruitment or people-related functions are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
