HR Manager
Richemont seeks an HR Manager in Riyadh to lead HR operations, talent acquisition and employee relations for its luxury brand network.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Riyadh organisation, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and HRIS maintenance.
- Advise senior leadership and store/department managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes and local labour law compliance.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the luxury retail environment, including sourcing, assessment and employer-branding initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefits processes in coordination with regional payroll and reward teams; support local salary reviews and benchmarking.
- Drive learning & development initiatives, succession planning and career-pathing to retain high-potential employees and support leadership development.
- Produce HR reporting and analytics for regional and global stakeholders; identify trends and recommend people interventions.
- Partner with global HR centers of excellence to roll out group policies, cultural initiatives and change-management programmes.
- Ensure confidentiality, data protection and professional handling of sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and local HR regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrable experience operating in a matrixed, multi-brand luxury retail or premium consumer goods environment.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- High level of discretion, integrity and political sensitivity when handling confidential matters.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years in an HR generalist or managerial role within luxury retail, premium consumer goods or a multinational environment; prior exposure to the GCC or Saudi market strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate qualification or professional HR certification advantageous.
