Richemont seeks an HR Manager in Mexico City to lead HR operations, talent acquisition and employee relations for the Mexico business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR operations for the Mexico business, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination and HR administration.
  • Act as a strategic partner to local business leaders to translate commercial priorities into people plans, organisational design and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes, delivering coaching, disciplinary processes and improvement plans where required.
  • Design and implement learning & development initiatives and leadership development programmes in partnership with central talent teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labour law and local HR policies; liaise with legal and global HR to update policies and contracts.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration and local benchmarking; support annual reviews and variable pay processes.
  • Drive employer branding and internal engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent aligned with luxury retail standards.
  • Maintain and optimise HR systems and reporting (HRIS), producing workforce analytics and management reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR or organisational development preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate as a business‑facing HR professional with strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Mexican labour law and practical experience managing employment relations in Mexico.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and delivering talent acquisition, performance management and learning programmes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels; fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English preferred.

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior HR business partner role; experience within luxury retail, fashion or premium consumer goods is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is advantageous.
