HR Manager (HR Business Partner)
Richemont is hiring an HR Manager (HRBP) in Seoul. Lead HR business partnering, talent and employee relations for a luxury maisons within Richemont.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR business partner to assigned business leaders, translating commercial strategy into people plans and HR initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, organisational design and job architecture to align resources with business priorities.
- Lead talent management activities including succession planning, performance calibration, talent reviews and development programmes.
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with local labour legislation.
- Partner with Rewards and Compensation to implement competitive pay and benefits solutions and to support merit and promotion cycles.
- Drive change management for business transformations and local HR projects, coordinating stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Use people analytics and HRIS data to inform decision-making and to report on key talent metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Coach managers on leadership, performance improvement and employee engagement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; master’s degree desirable.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including performance management, talent development, employee relations and compensation practices.
- High level of commercial acumen and experience applying HR solutions to drive business results.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in an HRBP role; experience within luxury retail, fashion or a consumer goods environment and in a matrixed, multinational company is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; postgraduate degree or recognised HR certification preferred.
