Richemont seeks an HR Manager, F&A in Taipei to lead HR programmes for the Finance & Accounting organisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal HR business partner to the Finance & Accounting leadership, translating business priorities into people strategies and operational plans.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for finance roles, partnering with hiring managers to define profiles, manage selection and secure high-calibre hires.
  • Drive performance management processes, career planning and succession initiatives for the F&A population; coach managers on feedback, development and promotion decisions.
  • Design and administer compensation, benefits and reward programs for finance employees in accordance with group policy and local market practice.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan labour legislation and local regulations; manage employee relations, investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
  • Coordinate payroll, time & attendance and benefits administration with shared-services or local payroll providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop HR metrics and regular reporting (turnover, retention, headcount, engagement) to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Support organisation design, change management and employee communications for finance transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Taiwan labour law and local HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner credibly with senior finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and stakeholder-management abilities; fluent business English and Mandarin preferred (if specified by local team).

Experience

Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience with at least several years in a business-partnering role; prior exposure to Finance & Accounting functions or professional services is highly desirable. Experience within luxury goods, retail or multinational matrix organisations is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field; advanced degree or professional HR certification preferred.
