HR Manager
Richemont (Cartier) seeks an HR Manager in Bangkok to lead talent, employee relations and HR operations for Cartier Thailand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for Cartier in Thailand, partnering with store, country and regional leadership to execute talent strategy.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for retail and corporate roles, including workforce planning and employer-brand activities to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Provide employee relations counsel, investigate workplace issues, and implement corrective action in accordance with local legislation and company policy.
- Design and deploy performance management, succession planning and career development initiatives tailored to boutique and head-office populations.
- Coordinate training and development programmes, onboarding curricula and leadership workshops in collaboration with Learning & Development stakeholders.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration in liaison with payroll providers and regional compensation teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour law, statutory filings and internal HR policies; maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
- Act as the primary HR contact for expatriate and mobility matters, including visa support and relocation coordination where applicable.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives and internal communication to strengthen culture and staff morale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Thai labour law and HR regulatory requirements applicable to retail and corporate settings.
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders and partner with multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organisation.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with meticulous attention to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven experience managing employee relations, investigations and performance improvement processes.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years supporting retail or luxury-brand environments and hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee relations and talent management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification or recognised HR certification is advantageous.
